Do you know how people sometimes say “Think before you speak?” Well I found in a Bible (side note) a little way to help you remember how to keep your cool and not hurt others.

First, lets look at the word. How is it spelled?

T-H-I-N-K.

H– Is what you are about to say HELPFUL?

I– Is what you are about to say INSPIRING?

N– Is what you are about to say NECESSARY?

K– Is what you are about to say KIND?
